Why is World War I considered a total war? How did this impact Germany's war strategy? 6) Draw a timeline entitled "The Central Powers Collapse". Place into the timeline the important events that occurred in the following months: March 1918, May 1918, July 1918, October 1918, and November 1918. 7) Write a paragraph (at least 5 sentences) that summarizes the human costs, economic costs, and social effects of World War I. 8) Interpret the Quote: Explain the point that the historian is making about WWI.
