Guidelines: 1) It must be a one-panel cartoon, NOT a comic strip; 2) It must have a title; 3) It must use symbols (pictures that represent people or ideas) and the symbols should be labeled to indicate what they represent; 4) Make it look great by using computer paper (not loose leaf) and adding color!
